Hello All,

My wife and I recently placed an order with Anime Shop Pocket 
for a couple of cels. After email confirmation from them we
sent out a bank transfer this past Tuesday (02/02). According
to our bank, Shop Pocket should have received the payment on
Wednesday (02/03). 

Our concern is that we have not received any confirmation of
them having received the payment. On Friday (02/05) I 
emailed them asking if the payment had arrived. As of this
evening (Sunday, 02/07) we still have not heard anything back
from them.

Is this normal? I realize that their English is poor (then
again my Japanese is non existant!) but I have made all email
simple to understand. I would appreciate any experiences that
others have had with Shop Pocket and would like to know if
then tend to write only if there is a problem. Your help
would be greatly appreciated.
