If you don't like it, don't buy from them, ne?
Pocket has always responded to my mails. They have always been 
extremely friendly and polite. Their lottery system is fair, and 
they auction some popular cels.
(Speaking of which, what the heck are the cels from on their next auction?)

If you think that complaining about their customer service 
will have any positive impact then I am afraid you will be 
disappointed. Buying from Pocket is a lesson in patience, understanding 
and sharing (since you don't always get the cels you want).
Getting upset about it makes no difference at all.

Maybe they do not respond to your mails because they have nothing to say to them.
You seem determined to exemplify the 'ugly American' by being demanding and rude.
Not all cultures value those traits, although having been to Texas, I am aware 
of what that environment is.

Please either relax and be patient with Pocket or buy from someone else. 
They do not have to sell to those outside their country. It is a favor to us 
and should be treated as such.
