You don't have to worry what the other people said.
Let's face the reality, most of the so-called cel dealers
actually gotten the cels from the other cel collectors
or shops too, then resell for higher prices. Everyone is
doing that. Not many cel dealers have direct connections
to get cels directly from the anime studios. Most of
the cels that people selling have been exchanged hands for
at least one time, some of them have been exchanged hands
for several times; in other words, profits are being made
in each transaction.
The bottom line is you're not alone, tons of people are
doing the same thing. All cel dealers mark up higher
than the original prices they paid to make profits...
business is business.
