Yes, few people will disclose who their cel suppliers are.
But I'm sure there are a few kind people out there who will
help someone get started. Advice: take the time to e-mail
and talk with some of the cel dealers listed on the Cels
Guide. Some of them look more like businesses, and some look
more like people who do it for the fun of cels. E-mail the
latter. Ask them personally, since few people will answer
you on this forum. |
