I ALWAYS have problem checking out.  Maybe because my connection 
is slow, and my computer is outdated (kinda).  But I was always
told that once i have the cel in my cart, the cel is mine and 
will not go anywhere else.  Often after trying million times to
check out and still won't work, i email Taro and they can help
me check out from their end.

Also sometimes viewing cels is a problem when their site crashes,
(which does happen alot ^_-), but this problem is not as serious 
as the problem i have on checking out.
