Hello!
I would not worry overmuch about Taro, they often have little 
problems, which I think are the result of the script they use for the 
shopping cart/store aspect of their website. They seem to have problems periodically, 
but my recommendation is to just keep trying. Often these 'problems' are when they 
are uploading cels! ^_^
