You wonder how a background can affect the price of a cel so drastically, but it's the same way with 
buying cels. I have 2 cels of Kaori from the same sequence - one cost me $80 off of eBay, where Sailor Moon 
cels tend to go for way more than they're worth. My other one cost $250. It does have a background, but it's not 
the original and is hideous! 

Another Kaori cel I have cost $17 from Anime Taro. At Project A-Kon, Anime Link had one from the exact same sequence 
(the only difference was that the jar she was holding was open) for $50. It just depends on how crazy the person 
selling the cel is. ^_^
