Hello
Just my 2cents. They have not responded to emails which is very 
unusual for them in my experience. Their page has not even been updated with 
the normal sort of explanation or what-have you. 
I am wondering if there is not a computer problem here.
Perhaps someone who writes Kanji should send them a written 
letter to see if everything is OK or if they need some help?
I think their address is part of their money transfer thing, yes?
I will try to dig that up and see.
I really think it is unusual to have gone this long without some sort 
of explanation and certainly to have gone this long without responding to 
emails. 
I hope all is well with them.
