If you are going to have autograph on cel, I would say the creator is the most desired, or the key animator.   Espcially Sailor Moon.
As with all collectibles, "it's only worth as much as someone else will pay me for it......."
Next time lets see a pic of cel...(always fun for us Moon collectors)
