I really hate it when people buy from a well-known dealer
just for the purpose of reselling to the people who could
have bought it themselves.  However, most of the time, when
people do this, they immediately sell it.  Perhaps you should
give him the benefit of the doubt, this forum is getting a
little paranoid it seems.  That cel was put on FanAnime's page 
over two monthes ago.  It could just be that he got the cel in
person and didn't like it as much or perhaps he found a better
one and would like to sell off this one because he doesn't
want it anymore (or needs to pay off the better one, after 
all, aren't a lot of cel collectors always in need of more
cash?)  He did say it's to fund his trip to Otakon...a lot 
of people are auctioning off good cels and at (most likely)
a profit to fund the convention season.  It's not his fault 
that FanAnime hasn't taken down that image (or a lot of 
other sold images) yet.  My ony qualm is the description 
'PERFECT'...I'm not a Tenchi collector, but the image is 
small...and her eyes are closed...

Anyway, it doesn't matter what you bid...it's what everyone
else does ^_^...and of course, whatever reserve he put up 
there.  If the reserve is $60 (the price at FanAnime)...maybe
he wants to be sure to make his money back.  If it's more, 
then he's looking for a profit.  Of course we won't know for
another 9 days (geez these auctions are getting long...I 
wish the max days option was closer to 5, that seems long
enough.)
