Hi! I'm sorry about confusing anybody!  The Micheals I'm 
talking about is in the Bay Area.  Not cheap would be around
the $80 range, but on the other hand I can take my cel out 
at a later date if I wanted to and it would be perfectly
fine and the frame I got is double matted which made it a little
more expensive.  I would try going to one of the Micheals 
in Dallas and asking them if they know about cels.  I guess 
I should have been more clear that it might change from 
area to area.  Gomen ^_^
