Hi. I'm wondering two things:

How expensive is not-cheap?    and

Which Michaels? Hopefully it's in the Dallas area!? (According to the Micheals website, 
they only have locations in Dallas, so you've probably confused a lot of people!)

The only thing that's kept me from having a couple of my cels framed is that I don't know 
of a place that has experience framing cels. The only cels I would want framed are too 
valuable to have ruined.

Once they're framed, can the be un-framed? You can take them out, right? Just like a picture?
