Yup but I don't know about the whole stolen idea but 
you never know unless you are one of them, tip toeing 
with a mask on grabbing as many as you can lol I think the 
animators are allowed to take a few so perhaps its by their
 hands that there are some pokemon cels floating about hmm? 
 but its the same reason why we will rarely seen any 
Eva cels :( but I never knew about that "giveing them awawy"
