Many hentei anime have realy nice cel. I have several in my own gallery from Magical Twilight, La Blue Girl, Twin Angels. But many people buy cels because they watched the anime and like it, not just because they like the cel... There is also people that want to collect hentai cels but they are usualy not very nice...
