The lottery, from Pocket's point of view, gives everyone a fair shot at the new batch of cels. Therefore, I don't think Pocket will accept your order for the new cels, although they may put you into the lottery. From what I understand, any cels that are not "new" are up for grabs on a first come, first served basis. ---Trebuchet |
