Hi Thanks for answering my previous message. I saw the message on there site that said "lottery will start on 7/10, at 5p.m. Japan time!!!". I just want to be sure, does this mean that I should go ahead and start ordering the new cels to get entered in lottery for them or does it mean that I shouldn't start ordering until 7/10.
