The problem with ideas like these is that there is a thin line between trying to stop problems by anonymity and becoming the next Big Brother.
Maybe I don't mind putting my e-mail up but would mind the fact that my domain shows up. Why? How about if I am accessing the web from someone else's machine, or from work? I have a right to privacy, that is not to have my ip flaunted all over a bulletin board.
If you want to stop the anonymous flaming, then you could think of making people register to get access to the board. That way someone has the email and can send warnings to flamers, or cut them off the list if they continue to misbehave, but the whole list doesn't need know where you are posting from.
