    I hope they do get cheaper...  Anime Nation had some 
cheap Brain Powered cels...  I noticed they bought them 
from Anime World Star (you can see AWS's label on the large 
scans).  So AWS probably has a bunch.
    Although as Carol mentioned, Escaflowne seems to have 
become quite expensive recently.

    I believe Triangle Staff did the animation for Lain.  I'm 
not very familiar with what they have done (as for other 
anime shows).
