Kinko's? Hmm, I used to live in Vancouver, and there's a Kinko's
there (is it some big chain or something?)
There's an excellent art and design supply store called Behnsens
downtown (I may have spelt that wrong ..) and they carry lots of cel
paint. I think any store catering to designers with some depth of
selection should have cel paint on hand... its worth looking
around the yellow pages and trying a few numbers. |
