Hihi,
after the recent spam of posts about fan cels, 
I was recently offered $$$ to make a cel for someone.
I refused the money and said I'd do it for a few fansubs
instead. (i'm not redoing the lodoss op cel, but another)

i figured maybe i could do this more, but decided to write 
up stipulations/rules as to what i would and wouldn't do
and how i would mark the cel as fan-art because i think it's
pretty #$%&*^# of someone to try and sell such things as the 
orig art (i'm sorry to those of you who got burned :/ )

just let me know if this is maybe an 'oki' way of handling things
i also would like to know about the legality of such things,
i figured since i'm not taking money, but only trades it would 
bear the same weight as FanSub trading, but i'm really not sure.
