Things have become so confusing these days with all of the fan art
cels floating around.  It seems like this issue is popping up
everywhere (JACML, here, private emails etc.)  I support Ryochan's
proposal to only buy and sell _signed_ fan art (not that it necessarily
helps in this situation.)

What I would do is let the person you bought it from know that the
cel you bought was a fake and asking for a refund (and returning the
fake to them...fan art does have a value too)  The person might not 
have a replacement cel to sell to you, much less the original one.
