I haven't done any framing yet myself, but I have read up on it. I'd say take the background and cel and put a mat between them. This would give an air space between them and should keep them from sticking (they won't touch) The only problem is that the cell will be slightly forward of the background and may look a little odd from the side ... then again it may give a small 3d effect :) just give it a shot shouldn't hurt
