Hello all, i'm relatively new to cel collecting and i have a cel i would like to frame that is UNSTUCK to the cel. Is there anyway i can still frame the cel w/ its bkgrnd without having its stick to one another later??? i know its a stupid question...but i'm quite the dunce in this area. thanks!
