well, since mailing MOs to Japan came up: how long does
it take a normal letter (not global priority) to arrive?
I've been too worried about losing letters or having them
take too long to send anything any way other than global
priority...are there any other reasonable methods? It seems
like every time I buy a cel from Japan, I end up paying more
along the lines of $20 extra (roughly $12 for EMS--which
is no problem--but another $8 to get the money there).
