Are you saying that Americans are supposed to be rude?
I've only encountered a couple of rude American dealers and I
think it's because they either have no netiquette (attributed
to the majority of users, from a particular large internet
provider that will remain nameless) or because they have
gotten too big for their britches and skimp on customer service
(a company in New York and one in Kansas that will also remain
nameless). Otherwise, most of the cel dealers in the US that
I've dealt with have been very nice and courtious.
Now, Pocket herself is not rude in her emails, but her lack of
attention to her customers and the time involved is down right rude.
> That doesn't really prove anything.
I wasn't trying to prove a thing. I was just saying that Pocket's
behaviour is unusual for the way that the Japanese do business.
