Why is the paint on some cels perfectly
smooth, while others are so thick and
two-dimensional that it seems like
it's going to reach out and grab you?
Is that normal or the sign of a fake?
How smooth should the surface paint be?
Let me know, guys! I know several of you
out there know the answer!
