What is Animanga Auction ?
Animanga Auction is a free service that allows users to auction
anime related goods on internet. Animanga and CohProg SàRL
aren't in any way involved in the completion of the transactions and
don't offer any guarantees concerning the goods auctioned, the accuracy
of the submited information and the reliability of users.
How is it differant from E-Bay ?
- It's totaly free. You don't have to pay a fee to submit
an item and you don't have to pay anything on the transaction.
- Only anime and manga related goods are allowed.
- Contrary to E-Bay, users are allowed, even encouraged to
talk among themselves about on-going auction. It is possible
to leave "feedback" about other users but also about auctioned
goods.
- Like on Yahoo Auction, the length of an auction is reseted to
10 minutes if a wining bid is placed during the last 10 minutes of the
auction.
- You don't need a website to display a picture of your items :
if you don't have one, you can upload the picture directly on
our server.
- In all other respect, it works like E-Bay except that some
features like "reserve price" aren't supported... yet.
As on E-Bay, you enter your maximal bid and the program will
place the minimal needed bid for you so that you win the auction.
If you are outbided, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
At the end of the auction, both the seller and the highest bidder
will get a notification by e-mail.
Rules :
- Only anime and manga related items are allowed.
- Illegal and adult items are strictly prohibited. This
include, but isn't limited to, fansubs, copies of unlicensed
material, item that infringes or violates anyone's rights,...
- All bids are final. If you are the highest bidder at the
end of the auction, you must complete the transaction.
- As a seller, you agree to describe the times you auction
as accurately as possible.
- By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions and certify that the information you entered about
yourself are accurate.
- By registering, you release Animanga and CohProg SàRL
from any liability concerning the transactions and any comments/feedback
left by other users about yourself and/or your goods.
Please, understant that there is risks involved in dealing with
unknow people and that we don't have any control over those risks.
Because we are not involved in the transactions between you and other
users, you hereby release Animanga, Cohprog SàRL and our agents,
employees, and affiliates from all claims, demands, and
damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and
unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising
out of or in any way connected with listings, bids, uncompleted or completed
transactions, or items offered or actually sold.
- Sellers may not manipulate the auction in anyway. (For example
by registering under another user to bid on their own auction).
