Kyoto - Jidai matsuri

The Jidai matsuri happens each year, the 22 October. It commemorates the fundation of Kyoto in 794. A parade of Samouraï in armore leave the Imperial Palace to go to the Heian sanctuary. Too bad, I didn't had the kind of camera needed to take good pictures of it...
