| There is a new weapon on the streets of Tokyo, and his name is Ryu. Once a human being, Ryu has been altered by Colonel Zenzo Karuma into a psychic killing machine with the powers of a minor god. And now he's on the loose... Goku takes the most dangerous case of his career when he is hired by Yoshiko Nozawa, Ryu's sister, to hunt down her rogue sibling before he becomes too dangerous to control. Chased by Zenzo's special troops and lethal airborne cyberdogs, the pair speed from the earthquake-shattered shipyards of Yokohama to the glittering corporate spires of central Tokyo in their search. But nothing in this particular case is what it seems, and Ryu is getting stronger and more maddened with every passing minute.
