website for that : The picture will be uploaded to our computer
directly !
The picture must be a gif or jpg and smaller than 70KB.
But, I remind you that it's for cels pictures ONLY! If you abuse this
and put
non-cels pictures, you will be baned from all the websites hos
ted on our computers !
