I think your weather map is from "Assemble 
Insert." There's a part in the second episode 
where the villains/police are waiting for the 
rain to stop(the villains said they'll attack, w/ 
exception to rain). At one point you get a shot 
of a tv and think thats the map thats seen in the 
weather broadcast. Just thought I'd mention it, 
maybe I'll rewatch it and check later if I get 
time.
