I have two cels up for offer.  
#1.  Priss from the Bubblegum Crisis or Crash 
OVA.  She's a key end cel, has no sketch, and 
comes with a custom mat.  The background was 
handpainted on the matting, it's not a production 
background.  I've included a picture of her 
without the mat and a scan showing part of the 
mat (the mat itself is much bigger). 

#2.  Gally from Gunnm/Battle Angel OVA.  Comes 
w/matching, unstuck sketch.
