This is from a group of cels I got. They would 
all seem to be from the same series - a dark-
haired girl, a purple-haired girl, and a red-
haired girl in a yellow Chinese jacket (and a 
yummy beige-haired boy with red hairband).  But 
this one seems the most familiar.  I've seen this 
character SOMEWHERE!  But haven't found another 
cel even though I've been searching galleries all 
over the place!
