well,
there's a process to getting things shipped with
rinkya. when you actually pay for your items
that you won, you don't pay for the shipping from
them to you. if you go to your "bid history"
page, next to the auctions you've won it should
say...
"jpseller" if the item is still in transit from
the japanese auctoin seller to rinkya;
"jprinkya" if the item has arrived and is in
their warehouse; or
"shipped" if they've charged you for shipping and
the cels are on their way to you.
they can't charge you for shipping until you fill
out the shipping form, which you said you were
about to do before you thought they might charge
you twice. i can't see how they would, since
they don't charge you a first time unless you've
already filled out the shipping form ^_^.
so your best bet is to check your bid history
page and see where the items are, if you only won
them a week ago they might not even have them at
rinkya yet.
