There are some huge lots of cels (50 or so) that 
were on eBay before. A lot of sellers on eBay 
sell many many cels (if they are big) in one 
sweep and a good deal have a 'buy it now' price. 
This was just a random browse  but here is a lot 
of four cels on eBay for four dollars.
