I am not sure if they can sign up for paypal or 
not.  They should be able to get international 
money orders/bank drafts in US dollars.  for the 
internation money orders/bank drafts depending 
on how it works with the bank/coutry it can take 
a while to get one.  They should also be able to 
get US dollars at any big banks and just send 
that to you registered mail.   If you do get an 
international money order just be sure to check 
with your bank because some banks in the US 
charge to cash those.
