Last month, I ordered an item from a private 
seller and have not received it as of yet. I have 
reason to believe I will never receive the item, 
nor get a refund from the seller for that matter. 

How have some of you gotten your money back when 
you used Paypal to pay? Unfortunately the seller 
is not verified, and my payment came straight out 
of my Paypal balance, not CC. Does this mean I 
don't have a chance at getting that money 
back? ;_;
