Hello, everyone.  I've been looking for some
great,dramatic Cowboy Bebop cels for a while.  I
was contacted by someone interested in selling me
a cel, but I have no idea what I should offer.  

I was hoping someone here would be able to give me
some input.  The cel is from the final episode and
features a closeup of Spike, bloody from combat,
gun pointed at the camera.

Any ideas on what I should offer?  I really don't
want to cheat this person and would like to be as
fair as I can.  But since I don't know much about
the current market for Bebop cels, would really
appreciate any input I could get.
