According the latest live programming schedule, 
there is no cel meeting penciled in.  It looks 
like the reservation wasn't made on time.

If Keys and/or Alice still wants to run this 
thing (or if they DO have a room & time 
scheduled), they need to post flyers prominently 
at all the cel dealers in the Exhibit Hall on 
Saturday morning.

Checking over the schedule, the best time/place 
to meet is Saturday night at 7 PM in LP2 
(California Room A, Hilton 2nd floor) just before 
the AMV showing.  Or, if you don't mind competing 
with the Masquerade, another likely spot is 6-8 
PM on Sunday night at either LP2 or LP3 
(Huntington Room A, Hilton 4th floor).

But considering the lateness of all this, it all 
seems like a shot in the dark.
