I see you sent payment on the May 5'th using 
paypal, I would advise you to file the claim 
today to try and  get any of your money back, 
because you can only dispute payment for 30 days 
on paypal(different from ebay's lame money back 
policy).

I found out this the hard way when i was cheated 
out of money for Disney tickets, if she does 
contact you after you file cliam you can inform 
paypal it was legit, and no harm done, but I 
would file  to be on the safe side, so they would 
contact her and ask her to ship it or return the 
money,  as for leaving negative feedback on ebay, 
I would still give her the 7 days, but I would 
cover my bases with paypal and ,then I would file 
the free square trade dispute resolution, but it 
is actually a useless process, unless it scares 
the seller into actually sending the stuff they 
should have sent before (50% chance)
