Okay here's the situation.... 
  I won a cel on Ebay, it was VERY CHEAP... under 
20$USD with shipping and insurance.
Anyway it arrives and it's NOT GOOD! The 
description said it was in good condition, but 
it's missing paint & is just plain sucky. Well I 
didn't feel like dealing with all the hassle over 
such a small amount of money. I figured lesson 
learned I'll be more careful in future.
   
   Anyway the other day I get an email from ebay 
saying I didn't pay the seller...
(I had paid with paypal)... Before I can respond 
I get a letter from the seller saying "sorry" 
they said they had accidentally applied for the 
final value fees to be refunded. I figure we all 
goof sometimes no biggie...

  NOW the cel I have in my possession is up for 
auction on ebay again...
SAME EXACT picture from before SAME EXACT 
sequence numbers & description.
What should I do?

Any help would be appreciated!
