I bought cels from her on a few occasions.
I had no trouble until the last time I bought a 
cel...back in Febuary. I had trouble getting 
ahold of her & finally I filed a claim with 
paypal against her. She contacted me & said she 
had been ill & asked me to wait another week. I 
got the cel a few days later. So I canceled the 
paypal complaint. I am sick off and on so I was 
understanding about it.
