Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I 
bought a lovely Sailor Venus bank cel, and it's 
arrived - but with no sequence number. It 
doesn't look trimmed, nor does it look like a 
fancel (the colours and even line fading are 
spot on).

Has anyone else experienced this in a Bank cel?
