This Ryo from Project ARMS was a wishlist that I 
lost out in one of the Mandarake Zenbu's about 
two years ago and was lucky enough to find it 
finally again at AX2004 in one of the cel dealers 
cel books for sale. (Many thanks to the person 
that pointed out to me that there were ARMS cels 
at that particular booth)
