Hi !

I don't know if this question has been answered 
before, but I'll ask it anyway. I bought a cel 
book for my cels recently (Itoya artbook) and I 
was wandering if it's better to leave the cel 
bag on or to put the cel without it in the cel 
book. I am not sure what to do because I heard 
from some people that cels need "to breathe" and 
from others that it doesn't really matter.

So, what do you think is best ?
