That cel looks like Cammy from SF2 The Movie, 
but, its not a production cel. She was never 
holding a gun in the movie. Cammy cels are 
pretty rare compared to some of the other 
characters. Would definitely mark it higher than 
$100...if youre buying, you should probably 
think of dropping at least $200 - $300 easy on a 
good shot. A few years ago, there was a Cammy 
set on YJ...Celga won it...so there are more 
Cammy fans youre gonna have to knock over to get 
them.
