Hi all,

Does anyone know how to stop paint bleeding in 
production cels? I have a dbz cel that the 
previous owner removed from its background, but 
there is some background paint left on the back 
of the cel and also the paint is bleeding onto 
the cel. I don't know what to do about this. 
Does anuone know what i can do or how i can go 
about removing the paint or stopping the cel 
bleeding? Can anyone help me please?
