Hi.  The only advice I have for you regarding 
finding the cels is to look in the misc. and 
unknown sections of cel for sale sites.  Since 
it's older and not a great many people know 
about it, this is your best bet.
I would start off trying Animechaos and Anime-
Gambit if it was me.  
Oh, and keep in mind it goes by some other names 
such as 'Flower Child Run Run'
