Yep, Yumeko-chan is right - SM is wearing the 
star brooch.  This cel is from the R movie where 
Fiore confronts Sailor Moon.  She looks up after 
Tuxedo Mask throws a rose and steps out of the 
billboard of other tuxedo wearers.
