This one I made myself, and THIS time, the job 
was done right!  The first experience with a 
framer I had, they completely glued or taped the 
top of the cel onto the frame and I ended up 
ripping the cel trying to remove it.  
Fortunately, it was a $15 cel, but I was PISSED!  

I didn't have the original background for this.  
So, I ended up using good old New York City!  :)
